Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between students' daily eating patterns and academic achievement at SDN 4 Malimongan, Palopo City. The independent variable in this study is eating patterns, while the dependent variable is academic achievement. The population in this study were 117 students in Grade IV, V, and VI at SDN 4 Malimongan, Palopo City. The sample of this study was 90 students obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study used the Spearman rank correlation test analysis with the SPSS 25.0 for Windows analysis tool. The results of this study obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.000 (Very Low) and a significant value of 2 variables, namely 1.000 (p> 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between eating patterns and academic achievement of students at SDN 4 Malimongan, Palopo City.
