The Reletionship Between Khowledge And Compliance Among Female Adolescence In Consuming Blood Supplement Tablets at Tutwuri Handayani High School Makassar City

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and compliance with female adolescence consuming blood supplement tablets at Tutwuri Handayani High School, Makassar. The independent variable in this study is knowledge, while the dependent variable is compliance with consuming blood supplement tablets. The population in this study were all Tutwuri Handayani High School female students. The respondents in this research were 51 Tutwuri Handayani High School students, using total sampling techniques. Research data was obtained through filling out knowledge and compliance questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was a descriptive test and correlation test using the IBM SPSS statistics 25 application. Based on data analysis using the chi-square test, the result was p = 0.003 or p < 0.05 which can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and compliance among young women. consumption of blood supplement tablets at Tutwuri Handayani High School Makassar. It is recommended that female students increase their compliance with consuming blood supplement tablets to prevent premature anemia in female adolescence
