Abstract

Kemampuan servis merupakan elemen penting dalam permainan tenis yang membutuhkan perpaduan antara kekuatan fisik, koordinasi, dan teknik. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan power lengan, koordinasi mata-tangan, dan kekuatan otot tungkai pada atlet tenis pemula di klub tenis kota Makassar. Sebanyak 20 atlet berusia 16-18 tahun mengikuti pelatihan yang meliputi workshop, simulasi, dan evaluasi performa menggunakan Tes Hewitt. Latihan fisik terstruktur dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan eksplosif lengan, respons koordinasi, dan stabilitas tubuh selama servis. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kecepatan, akurasi, dan konsistensi servis setelah pelatihan. Penguatan otot tubuh bagian atas, koordinasi, dan transfer energi melalui otot tungkai terbukti berkontribusi terhadap performa servis yang lebih baik. Program ini berhasil membangun kebiasaan latihan berbasis bukti yang mendukung peningkatan performa atlet dari level pemula ke kompetitif.
